The most important event of my life was the birth of our son Sullivan James Riley Nash, who was born prematurely at 27 weeks 3 days.
He was born November 8, 1998, and he weighed 600 grams (1lb 5 oz) and had to struggle for life. He remained in hospital 124 days but is now home and is thriving.

If you would like to read the story of Sullivan, please click on his name below:

The 2nd most important event in my life was the adoption of our daughter Bailey Venera from Russia. She came to Canada on November 14, 2003.
